Gympass has launched a comprehensive digital platform that closes the loop for corporate partners by providing 360-degree wellness support for employees.
Designed to nurture all-round healthy habits, Gympass Wellness includes mind and body solutions including mental health, tailored nutrition plans, mindfulness, meditation, sleep and relaxation programmes plus financial wellbeing advice. Alongside a diverse range of digital fitness training sessions, it also offers personal training, family fitness activities and live classes from partners including Bannatyne, DW Fitness First and MoreYoga.
Gympass pivoted to launch Gympass Wellness in response to the unprecedented demand for digital fitness and wellness solutions during the Covid-19 lockdown. It already has 45 apps on the platform globally including FIIT, the world's top-rated fitness app, alongside programmes as diverse as Moneyed, iPrescribe, Yogaia, Wellness Coach and Zen App. It also includes Healing Clouds which allows users to access one-to-one mental health counselling directly through the Gympass app.
“We want to ensure that Gympass can be used by our partner companies to support every element of their employees’ wellbeing throughout the lockdown,” says Luke Bullen, Gympass’s CEO for the UK and Ireland.
"Our unrivalled collection of fitness and wellness apps enables people to take a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing. By combining relaxation, mindfulness and nutrition programmes with fitness options, we are delivering a truly 360-degree wellness solution.”
Gympass Wellness makes it easy for HR teams to support their employees’ wellbeing digitally and the platform is now a central part of Gympass’ mission to defeat inactivity.
