Almost all people professionals want to improve ways employees disclose their neurodiversity, new research has revealed. In a Cognassist survey, 97% of respondents said their company needs to implement or enhance a neurodifference disclosure framework.

The insight, which spanned a diverse range of sectors and industries, shows a growing awareness and urgency around the need to address neurodiversity in the workplace.

Neurodiversity encompasses a range of neurological differences, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more. Recognising and accommodating these differences leads to an enriched and dynamic workplace, which has a significant bottom-line impact. As a result, many companies are adapting to create an environment where neuro-different individuals thrive.

But this can be a challenge for organisations. Knowing where to start and how to establish what individuals need what support is not straight forward.

That's why Cognassist is delving deeper into this pressing issue, to uncover the solutions to problems, to offer support, tools and resources at their Personalised Workplace Adjustments Q&A, on January 11 2024.

A group of experts are on hand to answer your questions including Cognassist CEO, Chris Quickfall and co-chair of ‘Able2 Network’ at BT, Praveen Kolluguri. They discuss practical strategies for making changes in the workplace and supporting every team member.

The session aims to foster a collaborative dialogue, offering a platform for HR and people management professionals to ask questions, share experiences, challenges and best practices.

By engaging in this conversation, professionals can begin or enhance their workplace for all, through unlocking everyone’s potential.
