Nearly a quarter of UK workers are planning to change jobs within the next 12 months, so it’s more important than ever to prioritise your teams’ engagement, wellbeing, and happiness.

A new report from OnHand showcases how a strong CSR programme can help win the hiring race and retain top talent within your organisation.

It highlights the overwhelmingly positive impact of CSR on your employee engagement strategy, and shows how businesses are leveraging volunteering and sustainability initiatives to develop healthier, happier employees, while also boosting the bottom line.

Highlights of the report include:
Attitudes are changing in the workplace; no longer is it all about the money, with 86% of millennials saying they would take a pay cut to work at a company whose mission and values align with their own.

Additionally, 89% of employees say they’re more motivated when working for a company with a strong purpose, while 85% say they're more productive, too.

Unfulfilled employees are prepared to take action, with almost a third (31%) quitting a previous role due to lack of meaningful work.
